Vintage Thingies Thursday ~ Let's Play!

Let's have some !!!

I got this of fun at an estate sale recently.

I couldn't resist the colors

and graphics! Even the inside of the box lid is beautiful with its green and white checks!

I don't know what I'm going to do with it yet. Maybe use the elements in an altered art project?

  2. I loved to play board games growing up. In the summer we would set it up and leave it going for days.
Now I too love them for the great graphics.

  5. Aren't they wonderful! The colors and the pieces are great. The only idea I can think of is to hang the boards on a wall together. They're like artwork. But you would want to be able to take them down easily because when I come to visit, some day, I will BEAT YOU AT ALL OF THEM. Ha!

  23. This looks like oodles and oodles of fun. You should host a blog party "Playing Games" where we can create with this kind of stuff! Then we can have a good excuse to dig into those game boxes in our own stashes.
