I found this set (is it complete? I don't know--I don't cook/bake much!) at a neighborhood sale in Livermore, CA last winter and just loved the colors.
And since I am not a cook by any means, I feel free to tell you they are all empty, and stuck to the shelves with Tack Down because this IS California after all where we live on shaky ground (and I'm paranoid about them being knocked off when I do my annual dusting!)
The best part? The whole set was FIVE DOLLARS!

Most canister sets I have seen only come in threes. These are neat and look nice on your shelf.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great find, love those!
ReplyDeleteI so can relate - I'm in So. Cal. and lost half of my knick knacks in the '94 quake and now everything is glued down with museum wax!
Happy VTT!
What a darling set. Love the white with the pretty colors of flowers and the green lids. You really got a deal for the whole set.

FIVE dollars?? What a deal. That is really a steal for this set. Wow!
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful! I hope TACK DOWN is good stuff.
There will be a quake. It's inevitable.
Tack them well.
Wow these are GREAT!! What a bargain. Even empty they make a great decorating accent for your kitchen :-)
